Nil Group LLC, doing business as Pakaro Men's Wear, runs this online store from 1015 Wall Street, Suite 112, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
What we collect
When you order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, your order history and, if you save them, your body measurements and tailoring choices.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
Our website uses cookies that are needed for your bag, sign-in and checkout to work.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to make tailored items to your measurements, to keep your account, and to answer your questions.
We always email an order confirmation when you place an order, and a tracking number when it ships. Those transactional emails are not marketing.
We send promotional emails only if you opt in at checkout. If you do not tick the box, we will not email you about offers. You can opt out later by writing to us at sales@pakarowear.com.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the store: our payment provider, delivery carriers, our hosting providers and our email provider, and only as needed for those services.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in your account, or ask us to delete them by writing to sales@pakarowear.com. California residents can request access to or deletion of their personal information in the same way.
