Your satisfaction is our priority

We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that has not been tailored or personalised.

It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags attached.

Tailored and personalised items

Items finished to your tailoring choices — lapel, vents, lining, cuffs, monogram or made-to-measure — cannot be returned or refunded.

If you need a different size or length on a tailored piece, we can look at an exchange. A $20 processing fee applies.

Exchanges

Size or length exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery and carry a $20 processing fee.

Every product page has a size chart. Please check the chest size and the short, regular or long length against it before you order.

How to start a return or exchange

Email sales@pakarowear.com with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange. We will send you the next steps.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
