Terms of Sale

The terms that apply when you buy from Pakaro.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment has been taken, and we email an order confirmation to the address you give at checkout.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, together with the delivery cost you choose.

Sizes and measurements

Sizes are jacket chest sizes for suits, tuxedos and blazers, and neck, size and sleeve for shirts. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. Tailored items are made to the measurements saved with your order.

Emails

You will receive transactional emails for your order (confirmation and shipping). Promotional emails are sent only if you opt in at checkout.
